I would like to return my purchase
Please notify us within 14 days from the day you received your goods at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in the same condition they were when you received them, and returned to us, at the customer expense.
As soon as we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.
Faulty or damaged items
Our items are handmade or hand-finished and lovingly packed and shipped, but sometimes things do go wrong! If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will of course issue a refund, discount or replace the item, based on the individual issue and customer request. Please make sure you contact us within 7 working days of the goods being received. We may require photographic evidence of the items and packaging in order to claim insurance back from our couriers, and will request this from you at the time you inform us of the faulty or damaged item.
